Dan Leahy is an innovative leadership development specialist. With over 30 years of leadership education experience and another 16 years experience as a clinical therapist he brings a unique blend of interpersonal and organizational perspectives to his work.

Jeff McAuliffe is a coach and consultant with 35 years of experience in leadership development, process improvement and organization effectiveness to help leaders achieve breakthrough improvements.

Eric Svaren is a leadership coach, consultant and teacher. He works with leaders who want to substantially “up their game” to build their teams, achieve greater clarity, speed execution, and transcend reactivity. Over 25 years, he has worked with leaders at all levels—from the C-suite to high potential individual contributors—in all industries, including technology, health care, non-profits/NGOs, retail, higher education, and government.

Professionally, Dr. Sharon Knight is Chief Executive Officer of DSK-Culturally Responsive Education Services
(DSK-CRES). Her love and passion for education, people, and social justice, made her who she is today: A skilled
multicultural educator, servant leader, and unwavering race and social justice practitioner.

I am a coach, psychotherapist, and educator specializing in liberation and equity, motivational patterning, and evolutionary creativity.

Em trained as a psychotherapist, as well as earning a graduate degree in leadership and organizational development from Bastyr University in 2009. Since then they have worked as a Holistic Leadership Consultant, Educator and Coach. Em is a founding member of the Peace Innovation Network (a collaboration between Stanford’s Peace Innovation Lab and The Hague). They studied Racial Equity for Adaptive Leadership with Dr. Nikum Pon.

With roots in Critical Race Theory and supported by Dr. Leticia Nieto’s anti-oppression model, Beyond Inclusion, Beyond Empowerment, Reba now supports both POCs and White’s as they learn to disrupt, transform, and create more equitable outcomes.
