About the Event
Join DEI expert Kevin Baker, En-May Mangels, and Marc Sachnoff as they hold space for healing, learning, and accepting ourselves and each other. These workshops will challenge your mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, mindful, and even your financial beliefs.
Do you think it’s possible to dismantle systemic racism and heal the divides that separate us?
Would it be valuable for you to share your own experience about race, hear the experiences of others and engage in positive dialogue with a diverse group of people in a safe space dedicated to growth and change?
If so, you might be interested in participating in our BraveSpace to Peace Bridge Race Equity workshops...
We are creating a BraveSpace that can contribute to the healing of all people in our society with a focus on deconstructing institutional and systemic racism and the trauma it has and is causing.
This will be a BraveSpace for the authentic sharing of stories and emotions that will challenge your mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, mindful, and even your financial beliefs.
We are working towards understanding and acceptance of who we are as we move through a grieving process, shedding the old and creating space for broader perspectives. Moving through chaos and liminal space as we model for each other how to embrace the unknown.
We invite you to cross the Peace Bridge to demystify old limiting beliefs, enter your personal power and spiritual path by embracing and accepting the possibilities of expanded definitions of unity, compassion, and love.
If you are open to this challenging work and desire to be an instrument of change, we invite you to join us.
There will be four, 2-hour sessions held on Saturdays from 2-4 pm Pacific Time Saturdays: 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, and 1/30. All sessions will be held via Zoom video conferencing.
There is no cost for the workshops, however certain parts of the workshops may be recorded (with the participant's permission) towards the creation of materials for advancing this work.
If you’ve been asking yourself, “What can I do? What small, compassionate actions can I take towards accountability, healing, justice, and equity?” Then these workshops may be right for you.
