Roots & Resonance: The Workshops
Cultural Identity and Collective Responsibility for Leadership
Step into Your Story. Step into Mature Global Citizenship.™
In an age of rapid change, cultural conflict, and global interdependence, understanding who we are—and how our identities shape our leadership—is essential. Roots & Resonance is a three-part workshop series that invites deep reflection, courageous conversation, and practical action. It’s where personal growth meets global responsibility.
Through an African and Indigenous-centered framework, participants explore how culture, power, and resilience intersect to form identity—and how reclaiming our cultural stories allows us to lead with empathy, justice, and integrity.
