With roots in Critical Race Theory and supported by Dr. Leticia Nieto’s anti-oppression model, Beyond Inclusion, Beyond Empowerment, Reba now supports both POCs and White’s as they learn to disrupt, transform, and create more equitable outcomes. Reba is a Leadership and Organizational Development Coach and Consultant applying whole systems change to equity.

Reba brings 20 years’ experience working with large and small business owners, community leaders and non-profit organizations to increase organizational effectiveness through individual engagement.
