Asha Bhaga

Asha is passionate about developing community relationships and identifying through-lines between people and organizations. As a woman of color with a multicultural upbringing, Asha is naturally drawn to expanding support to underrepresented communities, doing so equitably, and sharing those ideals with her clients.

Asha is passionate about developing community relationships and identifying through-lines between people and organizations. As a woman of color with a multicultural upbringing, Asha is naturally drawn to expanding support to underrepresented communities, doing so equitably, and sharing those ideals with her clients.


Asha's career spans over 20 years in higher education, development, marketing and communications and social services. She has extensive experience building collaborative partnerships, removing financial barriers for historically marginalized students, and creating pathways to college completion. She launched her education at Bellevue College, has a BS in Counseling Psychology and a MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology.


Asha specializes in supporting nonprofits, corporations and government entities, with specific focus on organizational development and capacity building. Areas of support include: fund development/capacity building, board development, operations improvement, organizational development, and strategic planning.
